Even with Prime they will sometimes have fucked up delivery for some reason. Basically as soon as you go to place your order it should tell you that it has release day delivery, otherwise they won't even begin processing the order until after the release, even if it's express shipping or...

I noticed that many of my existing pre-orders have changed their prices to the 20% off price... but on these E3 orders, that discount isn't typically applied until I'm charged for the item so I suppose it's possible we'll be getting double discount? Won't know until one of those items ships.

Wow, this is great for anyone who already makes use of Prime. It's about time we start getting some of the extra benefits that the US version provides.

You should mention Costco in the threat title if you can, since you have to be a member to order as far as I know?

Did they announce it specifically pertaining to this game? Or is it a new policy for everything? Honestly it's a huge reason to favour doing these deals with Amazon vs. them. I've had many superior discounts due to Amazon's lowest pre-order price thing and their fluctuating prices.

I did the same thing - I just checked on it now and it looks as though BB actually adjusted the price appropriately and then applied the 30% discount, as I was charged $56 + HST instead of the $69.99 it was showing previously. I even ordered it again when they had the 20% off deal a few weeks...

Yep, FS stated that and it has been the case up until this week. I was always able to access my order history via the futureshop.ca page, and would call Best Buy to make any changes or adjustments. I experienced much shittier service on said pre-orders (everything but 1 item has been late...

When FS morphed into BB last year, it maintained a skeleton of futureshop.ca, which allowed you to log in to your account and check on, and/or modify your existing orders. Do to various E3 promos over the past few years, this was something I made use of when having to update payment info, etc...

My GoW was separated from my original large E3 order and rushed to me after my call last week, and as mentioned I was told that the rest of the order should be sorted out now. Unfortunately, I just checked to see what the status of MGS was, and it's still reverting back to that December ship...

Update: after an hour long phone call it looks like they put a rush on GoW... though the rest of the order STILL says shipping early December. The dude seems confident that the issue is solved, and that MGS will arrive next Tuesday, so I guess I can't really have a firm idea of whether the issue...
