I've got Tokyo Jungle in one of these "Best of PSN" compilation discs and, bought the DLC off PSN. If I bought the game again (because it NEEDS the disc to be in the PS3), would I still have the DLC when I play the downloadable version?

Unless there are some issues with using a micro SD card with an SD adapter that I'm not aware of, it should work fine.
