Major Bad News for Rhino Shoppers - Rhino Bought by GameStop

Exactly! If I didn't like a game, I could say that I didn't like it. If I could recommend a product that was better than the one the customer was interested in, I could offer them that instead. It wasn't about pushing the products the company wanted you to sell--it was about helping the customer...

Major Bad News for Rhino Shoppers - Rhino Bought by GameStop

Er, I wasn't defending EB at all. I actually work at a Rhino (or did, until we were bought out...), so I was defending them--not EB. RGE = Rhino Game Employee

Major Bad News for Rhino Shoppers - Rhino Bought by GameStop

Generally, it's the last copy of a game that isn't sealed. We give out the factory-sealed copies first and the last person to buy the game gets the gutted copy. Major Bad News for Rhino Shoppers - Rhino Bought by GameStop

Changes have already started to occur. All stores received a memo last night instructing them to take all "Rhino Dollar" cards and place them back in their boxes, then tape them up and keep them under the counter. After a quick sync of the computers, they were instructed not to use Rhino Dollar...
