solid shooter if you're a fan of the genre. health packs give it an old school feel and it has some pretty unique weapons.

I think play and charge has some problems itself - if you have a quick charge station you might find the battery is actually ok. That being said, it sounds like your situation might be worth a return...

If you played Bourne Conspiracy and liked it and if you like james bond, I think blood stone is a worthy purchase. It's like Bourne combined with Splinter Cell conviction but the length is ~5-6 hrs (I think I beat the single player in 2-3 sittings). It's decently "polished" using the Bond...

This is fair game for people who haven't used the $10 software downloads promotional credit (from ordering games from Amazon this past winter - i think credit which was originally supposed to be for a 12 month xbox live code)

I've only watched the PG13 cut once or twice, but the unrated cut a few more. I've always been pretty pleased with the additional swears and cgi blood.
