I herd refurbs are as good as new, i have about 4 friends with refurbs, all seem mint but one has a little scratch under the screen They come with the same warranty as abrand new ipod.

Should I go with the refurb for 179$ or is there a better deal out there? btw refurb comes with one year warranty
