I've had this happen several times. At this point, it doesn't surprise me, and decided its not worth fretting over.

They just put up a new code about a minute ago. I wish I hadn't pre-ordered this game from Amazon now...

Good luck! But in a way you should be glad they never respond - this way you don't have to waste your money on knock-off Wii controllers and Spongebob Squarepants games...

Hopefully anyone who wanted Splinter Cell picked it up new from Best Buy a couple weeks ago for $19.99 or $4.99. Another lame deal, big surprise.
