I think the problem is that the Playstation 4 owners who are uninformed that you don't have to actually download their free games, just "buy" them to download later at their own leisure. On a similar note, you can also buy games on platforms you don't own if you go onto the Playstation web store.

Doesn't the HBO stuff require add-on subscriptions?

If anyone is still looking for this game, the Nintendo Store sells it refurbished for $30. I've read reviews that aside from the permanent red label on the front cover, refurbished games bought from there are in great condition.
