I think Its just bad detection, I was hiding behind a wall clearly, there is no way he'd kill me by going through a cement wall. The cover system is just flawed. :( grr

This game is a dissapointment, thank god I only rented it. Absolutely nothing was fixed from first game. Warping terrorists, Terrorists with SPAZ(shotty) Shoot more accurate over the same distances as sniper rifles..... Now cover system wasnt fixed again, you get killed when bullets "Sneak"...
