I prefer play magazine. Layout's great, reviews aren't too drawn out, and they have a pretty good section on anime. If you're old enough, the editor-in-chief was the same editor-in-chief for GameFan, my all time favorite mag when it was still around.

the "original" dvd version that came out a while ago has about the same video quality of the vhs version. whereas the platinum version has a much crisper video transfer with other artifacts cleaned up, not to mention all the extra goodies (ie commentary, blah blah blah). definitely go platinum...

i've had the vdigi one for about 2 years now and it works great.

Actually, you can save wherever you want. Just press "start" and you should see it as one of the options; I think it says "World Save" or something.

Just picked mine up from CC. The lady initially said I couldn't include the Target coupon in the price match, but I then politely told her that I called earlier and that someone from customer service said I could. So to make a long story short, you can get Ninja Gaiden for $32.something + tax...

I called Circuit City and they said that if you bring in the ad and the coupon they'll match the combined discounted price. I'm assuming this is NOT YMMV, but you might get some anal customer service rep, so don't get mad at me if they don't let you do it; just try again.
