Their is nothing in the agreement that says you cannot "flip". Only thing ttey can do is put a void on your trading account. It's not anyones fault but Blockbuster/Craprush that they didn't know about the loopholes. Hell when the DS came out, I was in Blockbuster and I overheard 2 guys working...

The only sales that are going on at the Gamestop I work at are buy 2 get 1 free on PS1 games and DVD's. It's in SoCal.

I just got back. Their wasn't a LE MGS 3 to giveaway. The free giveaway was a MGS 3 poster signed by Mr. Kojima. I wasd only able to get one thing signed so I choose my copy of MGS for PS1. Around 200 people were their. Now I must head off to Citywalk where he is going to be signing later on...
