I've been using an unofficial 320GB drive for quite a while now (not this specific one), and I've had no problems. I've also seen a few forum posts where people claim to have gotten the okay to use them from Microsoft phone support... if that's worth anything.

If you want surround later, then you can get the DSS (or the DSS2?, which I guess is a new model). I have the DSS and it works really well. Amazon has it on sale sometimes for around $50. I'm guessing the DSS2 will replace it though. Surround really helps with call of duty and fps games...

Awesome show, as usual. Wombat, I have also been uprooted twice due to the kids and now play games in the basement. The spiders and centipedes crawling along the walls really make survival horror games that much better. Ship, I hope you pick that Donkey Kong up and become the next Billy...

Yeah, that was the best joke I've seen this year. I was just on destructoid beforehand, looking at all the lame obvious jokes. Then I jumped over here, ready for a joke, and still got a rush of fear and adrenaline when I saw the story. Nicely done!
