My DBZ Xenoverse isn't locked, I've used both rest mode/suspend and completely shut down my PS4. I haven't logged onto the Phantom account since I downloaded the game a couple days ago.

Last gen is being ported by High Voltage and they seems to have run into problems so it got pushed back on PS3/360. PS4/XBO/PC is still scheduled for 4/14.

I saw some people were still getting it through mobile up to an hour ago. Got mine so I stopped checking that thread.

Yeah, that'd make me wary. Might just hold off til the Komplete Edition for PC.
