So I have a stupid question, if I use my Epic coupon, will I get another?  Wording has me slightly confused. 

So basically free game and free $10 off coupon.  I'll take it! BTW, it took a couple of minutes AFTER I hit buy button for the page to load in the Epic app, so just be patient.
