Just got back with my new 3DS! Thank you to incainca for trading the coupon. I went to one Gamestop, signed up for a PUR card (free one), then on my way home hit another Gamestop to trade everything in. They scanned my free card and the coupon and all went well. Funny thing though--the guy knew...

Good luck Scottly, let us know how it goes. If you need a PUR card I will need to go to a different Gamestop to get one before using the coupon (I haven't been there in a while since I started using Gamefly, I still have the old "Edge" card).

Does anyone know if the traded coupons work? Has anyone used someone else's code for the deal? I'm worried GS will want you to show your PUR card too.

I'd say hold out for PS3. It's right around the corner really. Most PS2's i've seen fail, fail within the first year or so. If you've had yours since the start i believe that makes it 5-6 years old now and if it hasn't failed you yet, that's proof enough to me that it will last at least 7-8...

Character of choice: Sheik. I find her to be the most versatile and best juggler in the game. =)

How can i find out about any SSB: Melee tournaments in my area. I am yet to find anyone to pose any real competition to me. I'd like to do tournaments bigger then the Local Game Crazy tournaments as I find those easier then computer battles.
