Tell them to ask their SRS if they saw them come in via FedEx or UPS. They were supposed to be put in the managers office, safe, or locked drawer in the service area. If not they can actually print them from the Impact Planner project page for this promotion. If they don't see it in the Impact...

If you have a TRU store that doesn't know whats going on, tell one of their supervisors to look at their Impact Planner.  Keep in mind TRU stores are severely understaffed because corporate has no idea how to manage hours to run a store efficiently.  Not to mention, new hires are just starting...
