Some wannabe hero at the Kings Plaza Brooklyn location just refused to sell me SSX because I wasn't a reward zone member, despite having the coupon. OP needs to change his info.

I was there VERY early actually, about 5:30ish. Didn't see anyone with anything branded from the companies. Also, the input system for the game shipping was down for a long time too. Overall just really disappointing.

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SHITSHOW IN NEW YORK. Seriously, this was the least organized "launch event" I have ever been to. Shame, I had high hopes for this. Signed up for my copy of the game and left at about 8:30. NO FREE SWAG. Thanks for nothing, Sony. SONy... I am dissapoint.

I had ordered release day shipping, and they cancelled it on me. Good thing I checked, huh? I'll pick it up with MK tomorrow at TRU after work and proceed to get my ass beaten in the netherrealm all day. Funny thing is I wasn't too excited about MK, but after playing the demo, it brought back...

The TRU deal is sweet, I can get myself Portal 2, get Mortal Kombat for my girlfriend, and if I like it enough, use the $50 dift card for my own copy. Awesome deal AGAIN from TRU. Lets just hope for another awesome system glitch as a bonus.... lol
