I say it's worth a shot at $10. I got it FAR the day after Xmas at Microcenter and have enjoyed it.

FWIW: I'm on Gamestop.com right now (4/2 night) and they have B2G1 with code 3FOR2PO. You have to get games $29.99 and up, however, for the buy 2 part of this.

Theme Hospital does work in XP - I've had the game for a couple years and recently reinstalled it on my XP computer. Fun game.
