Best Buy, again In-Store Pickup has surpassed my wildest expectations this year. I really wanted to vote for K-Mart, but the stores are routinely unkempt and under-staffed.

GameStop, hands down. I have stopped shopping there as their quality control on used games has got so much worse just in 2011.

Amazon shades it here, simply because they delivered for me every single time this year. Best Buy comes in a very close second, though. Just a shame about the slow, slow shipping.

Never thought I would say this, but Best Buy absolutely KILLED it this Holiday. K-Mart also did remarkably well, but my vote has to go to Best Buy!
