Confirmed! I bought one in March for $118.99 from BestBuy Tenleytown in DC. Had to return it cos I can't justify replacing my fat PSP.

Target in Reston, VA has the GTA 4 for XB360 Special Edition $44.99. Too bad the PS3 is not on sale.

The PS3 regular version is on clearance for $17.99 at Reston, VA. I got mine for $12.99 (no tax weekend) since one of the boxes had $12.99 sticker price. They had to manually override it though.

Don't know about other version but the PS3's sucks. If you're buying it for offline then that's just ok. Graphic is only slightly better than PS2. I felt the gameplay isn't tight like it used to be. If you're buying for online, I think you're wasting your money. I'm so frustrated that I stopped...
