I did get an email that my order shipped, but there was no tracking information or even an order number in the email. My original order still shows as shipped but not picked up by the carrier.

It says "Awaiting Carrier Pickup". USPS says they are "Currently Awaiting Package". Update: Looks like calling them was the right thing to do. They are overnighting me a replacement for free. Wish i called and complained on Monday. Note to everyone: Don't waste your time emailing Customer Support.
