imo terrible sale. The selection is crap. I added my entire wishlist to my cart and not a single thing was discounted (and I had over 1K worth in the cart). I thought this was easier than wading through all the pages of dvds though.... Oh well....great if you can find anything in their small...

I would totally just keep it. Often times when I call for a mistake for an item they have just let me keep the item anyway.

they can send books media mail, whereas games cannot be sent media mail, so if they can combine several into one order, books are cheaper to mail than games. One by one, its generally kind of a wash
If they think you are lying, then they would ask for proof.... And I highly doubt they will change their ways based on one persons pictures, regardless of how much you order, even when they claim they are looking into it.
Their policy is ALWAYS to just refund. Occasionally I can get them to allow me to reorder at the same price, but thats a little rare as most of the items I order arent in stock at the time I call in.

A lot of movies dont even have a separate version for rentals, so Im not all that surprised. Ive ordered tons of PV movies and Ive rarely if ever gotten a rental. Of course, I also try and choose my movies based on which ones I think will have rental exclusives and avoid those.
