    Thank Chronotrigga for all that info! Unfortunately I've had my 360 for almost 3 years so the only thing the warranty would cover is RROD and E74 I believe. I might try opening it up and fixing it. Sounds like the towel trick isn't that great of a fix. I don't know, I guess I can't ruin it...
