I'd guess the answer is no. For "exclusive" pre-order bonus items, generally these are listed on the official website. For bonuses in terms of discounts, I just search these forums or look for a coupon for a site that is selling the game. Sorry couldn't be more help but this topic looked...

If you don't mind a digital version, Rift is $40 @ Direct2Drive with the promotional code "hailtothechief" (heads up for the code from a post on this forum).

On the Payment window, there's an orange button labeled "Voucher." If you click it, you can paste in the voucher, and hit add, and it should update the page and close the input window. It'll say "Voucher: $5.95" and also show it on the confirmation window.
