Steam usually runs a deal week around Black Friday and another around Christmas week.
Their deals during these periods, at least imo, aren't generally any better than their other sales (Summer sale).
But that doesn't mean there aren't screaming deals to be had if they're selling something you...
I won't presume to tell Steam what they should put on sale, but what pissed me off about the BF sale was that a lot of the same games were on sale last year.
I love Steam sales, but it seems like there's hardly ever any fresh blood.
On Sunday, I saw an S&P at Target in Irvine on Irvine Blvd. and Jamboree Blvd.
I hadn't been checking clearances at Target for a long time because it seemed like they got rid of the clearance shelves when the converted to the new plastic prison system. I was pleasantly surprised it came back.
I ordered minutes after the post was created and I just got a notice this morning that said they were on their way (but not there yet).
I probably should have just paid the $2.50 for shipping. Oh well.
Yes I just bought a PS3 a few weeks ago and I haven't seen it at any Target for any price.
If anyone has seen this game on clearance in Orange County (or even LA county) in California, I'd be grateful.
$39.99 with coupon.
I want it, but I don't think I want to spend that much.
On the flip side, it is Atlus, so it's anyone's guess how long, if ever, it will take to decrease anymore.
Anyone know if the print run on this game is limited?
Thanks, deal worked for me with site to store shipping.
Guess I'll just get LBP GOTY with the GS coupon.
P.S. Better get in on this quick before it hits the SD front page (unless you're satisfied waiting to see if Amazon/others will match).
I just bought a PS3 and didn't know about this, thanks for the heads up. Ran to Wal-Mart and picked one up.
If anyone needs a copy in Orange County, there were still some left in the case at the Foothill Ranch location.
