not really sure if it would count. it definitely was not included in this sale. it may not in the future as well. i've seen plenty of preorders included in sales just like this. a month or 2 down the road you may see it included in any playset deal. you know, when they are trying to clear stock...
simple solution would have been to buy a used copy at gamestop, then return the defective one saying your system kept kicking it back out. they should give you a refund no questions asked.
mine wasn't split either. i got my free figure a few weeks ago. you may get lucky if they screw it up. i know i got lucky when they shipped my fallout 4 sock edition. they split the payment for some odd reason and didn't charge me the 2nd time. so i ended up paying $38 for the full game and...
grabbed 8 i needed and 2 extra i'm going to trade back in. i'm now Violet away from 1.0 and 2.0 complete collections! not really sure what i'm going to do when marvel battlegrounds comes out. thinking i'll just do a receiptless exchange at target or something and grab a figure i don't have already.
they most likely won't be doing a kylo ren fx figure. same reason ashoka and darth maul won't be getting them. the multiple lightsaber thing was a problem. can always hope the hall of galactic heroes thing wasn't a mistake
i'm doing store pickup for the deal so i get it on the 18th. still on the fence for getting the inside out playset. TFA and speedway for 21$ pretty good deal there.
we walked into the gamestop in the area we just moved to. Splatoon singles and 3 packs were finally restocked today!
edit: seems they are available for shipping too!

target is never ready for sundays. i don't think i've ever had a good experience with target on sunday or tuesday.
thats crazy, mine had like 3 of them just chilling on the shelf around 1 when we went.
i would assume the toy box takeover will be exactly like 2.0 and it will be a hexagonal power disc. it may come with a pc unlock code, but probably not.
