Most of the deals revolve around paying the same retail price but with a $50 gift card attached to it or some free games added but still at the retail price.

Nothing notably different in the Bay Area, CA Targets compared. I did see a copy of Fairytale Fights (360) for 4.98 at the Colma location. Only one left though. Has any seen the Samsung 32" TV's on clearance at their Targets? It's something I saw someone on FatWallet point out on their forums...

The seller can't prove they sent anything so you pretty much win in a Paypal dispute. Also in the case of Amazon I believe that unless the packages are sent with signature confirmation specifically, then just delivery confirmation is insufficient proof of shipping.
