so i ordered one game from ebay and another from amazon. Foolishly enough both apparently have no tracking number so idk what to do or how to go how bout this.:drool:

If i file a dispute but they didnt get delivery confirmation (which is only atleast a $1) will i automatically win cause they have no proof i got the item. like i dont wanna file a dispute and look a fool or get a suspended account. both sellers told me they dont have tracking or confirmations.

this is fucking bull.

As a seller on ebay, no tracking essentially equals the seller loses. You already won basically.
 
If you paid with PayPal, those shitheels will almost always side with the buyer. File a dispute and you'll probably get your money back. At least from eBay. Not sure what Amazon would do, but my guess is they care about the integrity of the Marketplace and might swing it your way just to keep their rep up. Especially since Amazon really goes that extra mile to make your experience with them better than your experience with others (iTunes, eBay, etc.)
 
The seller can't prove they sent anything so you pretty much win in a Paypal dispute. Also in the case of Amazon I believe that unless the packages are sent with signature confirmation specifically, then just delivery confirmation is insufficient proof of shipping.
 
well ebay of course i did. its the only way i know how xD lol. its just the first time its happened.

And yea when i ordered from AMAZON they took care of me. Threw me $5 credit per days missed or offered a refund. but its a 3rd party seller that doesnt say "fullfiment by amazon" ya kno the ones u can use ur prime or w/e with
 
everytime ive ordered with amazon sellers let it be from college text books (we all know they're cheaper then campus!) to games i never had to sign shit XD

i usually would pick it up depending on size (books) or find it in my mail box
