Purists will want the mono recordings because of claims that this is how the songs were intended to be heard (aside from being limited). Everyone else will want the stereo set - the sound quality is unreal. NPR has a really nice online comparison of the two.

Thanks for the info. It looks like Best Buy is currently having a Sunday/Monday sale on Appliances and they're throwing in free delivery, which sounds good. Problem is that we don't close on this house and move into another one until next month. Oh well - maybe a July 4th sale will come...

He hasn't been elected by anyone - a quick Google search would turn up that he's a wacko lawyer campaigning for the Republican nomination to congress. In fact, a Republican Party official had the following to say about it (from a USAToday article):

This is the exact situation I find myself in. Wii sports has enough gimmicky goodness for when people come over and drink. There's no reason to buy anything else for it really.
