I guess this just confirms my hypothesis that no matter how much you go out of your way to avoid spoilers for a game you'll always run into them in the most unexpected places.
Old World Blues was probably the best of the New Vegas dlc but was just okay. The others were outright terrible, especially Lonesome Road. For a game with sharp writing in the base game I couldn’t believe how long Ulysses droned on and on with nothing interesting to say. All the dlc have...
100%. And as much as I love Creative Business Unit 3 FF16 is hardly worth the asking price if you don't already happen to have the system. There are zero compelling true "exclusives" for the system.
Wonder how much the Xenoblade soundtracks will sell for. The Type A Xenoblade 2 OST was easily selling for $700+ at release. Prices are probably insane these days.
Hopefully Forspoken is one of the games after the disastrous reception (somewhat justified). I wouldn't mind owning a copy on PS5. I know PC performance became way better after a few patches and hopefully that's the case here. Honestly enjoyed it a lot more than FF16.
I was hoping the Violet/Scarlet expansion would be released today. I'll still play it but I was hoping to play it before diving further in Baldur's Gate 3 and Starfield is in that same time frame.
Secretly the best Pokemon game on GB. Too bad NA didn't get the sequel.
Worth it for Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo alone. Then again, you can also just purchase it as $2 dlc for Capcom Arcade 2nd Stadium like most of these games. I think Red Earth may be the only game exclusive to the Fighting Collection. They go on sale for a dollar each somewhat often. I think...
Finished Castlevania: Lords of Shadow this week. Mostly. This is the first time a game has broken me at the very end. I just can't put up with the terrible combat anymore. I made it to the final phase of the last boss of the epilogue DLC included in the Ultimate Edition and I just...can't. I...
I recently played through Alan Wake as well. Ultrawide support was a pleasant surprise but I found myself playing mostly on the Steam Deck. I also enjoyed it quite a bit but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't sick of the combat and dodge mechanics by the end. Definitely play the dlc episodes when...
They really should have just released an update that removed all dialogue and references to the story. No more standing around and waiting for the many exposition dumps or radio conversations to finish.
