The 2 controller trick does not work outside of the participating regions, however, that claw animation is or least was available from the U.S. dash. The tshirt wasn't last time I checked.

The codes for the Maw and Toy Soldiers were supposed to have expired by now. They are probably useless at this point. But you never know, they might still work.
