Has anyone else with a Best Buy pre-order not received an email for an appointment? I see others have, but I have not.

Used to work at BBY, so have some friends there still. The early ps5 appointments are an error. So probably don't wanna waste your time scheduling and losing a spot at a later time.

I spoke to chat as well. They said the codes are completely random to even people who do subscribe to the letters. I hope I'm not the only one who got an email, but it had no code inside. :/
