I think that they should disclose this without having to dig for it. It should be right there on the page of the item. I would've never thought about looking for these details had I not checked my account for the missing points. I even spoke to a RZ CSR whom said that my points would be there...

Hey CAGamer's! This may count as a side note, but has anybody noticed that you won't qualify for the bonus 500 points if you use your Reward Certificates or BB Gift Cards towards your purchase? I am hugely becoming a non-BB customer more and more.

I hear your pain - I'd suggest get that used xbox for as low as you can (it must be the same version as yours) because sooner or later the dvd drive will also fail as well as the power supply. If you cant do the console surgery have somebody that could do it and pay attention to what that person...
