The 50% discount is applied to $4.99 and under used games. I'm not sure if every Blockbuster is having the sale, but I've been to 5 Blockbusters, and they all had the sale going on. Price was automatically adjusted at the register.

I expected that as well, however, the code with my copy worked and allowed me to DL the tracks. I was a tad bit surprised.

I just picked up NHL 2K9 for the PS3 and got it 50% off, so NHL should be fair game.

I got a copy at EB a few weeks ago for $3.99 - It was the Forza 2/ Ult Alliance pack in copy (all the others were $9.99). They wouldn't give me Forza 2 with it (had it anyway). When I got home, I was surprised to find the Gold edition of the game in the case.

Thanks for the post. I managed to get a used copy today for $5 (last copy) :) . I picked it up for the PS3 as well during the last sale, but found out the hard way that my PS2 guitar would not work with it. I was hoping the 360 version would get marked down.
