$650 a month for a 3 bedroom 2 bathtown house in Metairie LA. my landlord didn't fuck me over after the storm and raise my rent like 99.5% of the rest of the landlords around here. every other townhouse around me goes for about $1000-$1500 a month now..none of them used to go over $1000 or so.

Man..The Killers has been out of print for YEARS. it goes for over 100 bucks. and goodluck finding someone to get rid of it.. ~b edited for ebay search. one going for 150bin, one with 3 or 4 days left going for 50.

make sure you wipe your hard drive cache every few times you play by holding A while the game boots up..it'll make a world of difference. ~b
