There is a big difference. Gamestop is cheap as hell. They don't have real servers to handle any sort of load. This has been going on for years now. Any time they have an exclusive offer or flash deal, their site gets knocked offline.

The clearance % is uniform nationwide. Most are just too lazy to update the stickers to the new % off. So just trust the scanner instead of what they have marked!

Yes you can get them complete online, but its just not very likely in most cases. Most orders tend to come disc only unless the game is fairly new. I'd be more worried about the fact that online orders are seldom in good condition and have a pretty high defect rate depending on system (PS3/3ds...
