oh must be getting better, trying to resolve a problem with a pre-Xmas order, most times when I called it was over 60 minutes and the message said call back tomorrow, no option to hold for help

OT phone -- any chance this sounds like a dinger; Condition: Used - Acceptable - No damage observed during inspection. Moderate cosmetic damage on top, front or side of the item. Item will come repackaged. wish me luck
