Can you used Best Buy Gamer's Club Unlimited offers on used games? For example, the $30 coupon they have for Max Payne 3 currently - can that be put towards a used Max Payne 3 copy or does it need to be new? TIA

The same thing happened to me! The customer service rep said they didn't have enough stock for everyone. And proceeded to give me a 10$ credit.
