    Destiny Taken King $39.99 - Costco In-Store

Thank you! I've been watching for this to come down a bit in price for a bit. Found at the specified price in Austin, TX on Research.

Assassins Creed IV Black Flag 360/PS3 $29.99 at Amazon

Agreed. I have a 360 and PS3, but the extra features and enhanced graphics of the Wii U make it most attractive to get that version (now that I have a Wii U, which I got to play Mario 3D World). They seem to be putting it in the same camp as the Xbox One and PS4. Amazon had the Wii U version a...

Order of posts in a topic

Hi, In the previous incarnation of CAG, there was a setting to order the posts in a topic to newest first or newest last. I miss this. I really like to be able to go the first page and see the newest stuff first. I know this is somewhat trivial, I could just click to go to the last page and...

    Hitman: Blood Money XBL $14.99

I played this a few weeks ago (I played the whole game) and if you enjoy stealth games, don't play the demo, buy the game. The controls are less than spectacular BUT the game, once you learn how to play, is AMAZING. The demo will, almost undoubtedly, not show why this game is great. Even after...

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning (360/PS3) $44.99 at Newegg (TRU match)

This would be nice in this specific instance, where the demo starts at the beginning of the game and it is essentially the same game, BUT... Most demos don't start at the beginning, they are often a random level / area or set of levels / areas in the game. Often demos have accelerated...

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning (360/PS3) $44.99 at Newegg (TRU match)

If you look back through this thread, you will find that your milage will vary on this. Some people are saying TRU is price matching, in my case they would not price match saying the online is completely different with respect to sale items. I showed the website sale price on my iPhone to a...

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning (360/PS3) $44.99 at Newegg (TRU match)

TRU wouldn't price match, I spoke with a "manager" but they said they only PM the "List Price", they won't match the "Our Price". Happily, nearby, BB matched the website without thinking twice about it.

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning (360/PS3) $44.99 at Newegg (TRU match)

Yeah, it's dead. That's OK because I was wavering on the pre-order. I want to play it, but I am just now getting around to playing Dragon Age 2 (out for a year now) and still haven't take on Fallout: New Vegas which is sitting on my shelf. I think before getting another big RPG I need to clear...

iOS (iPhone, iPod, iPad) / Mac App Stores -- Ongoing Sales

I grabbed Robot Wants Kitty plus paid the $1 form the extra levels. Really an awesome retro looking and sounding game and it is a blast to play. I'd love more games like this (quality games). I found and reported some teleporter related bugs but still a very awesome game.

Amazon Game Downloads - Magicka $4.99 (50% off)

I do believe it MUST be activated on Steam, no? I started the installer, put in the activation code, and it immediately informed me that it was activated on Steam. I then cancelled the installer, deleted the 600MB download Amazon did, and started the install from the Steam client. I'm very happy...

iOS (iPhone, iPod, iPad) / Mac App Stores -- Ongoing Sales

I've been using StreamToMe (temporarily not in the app store) and really like it. I bought Video Stream while on sale to compare. Both require a dedicated server. I think it StreamToMe seems to be a little more feature rich, more obvious at least for doing fancier things like changing audio...

iOS (iPhone, iPod, iPad) / Mac App Stores -- Ongoing Sales

I played and finished Call of Atlantis on the iPhone quite a few months back. It had some kind of annoying bugs, but it was a fun game. Hopefully by now they've stamped out those bugs.

iOS (iPhone, iPod, iPad) / Mac App Stores -- Ongoing Sales

I have Remoter, Splashtop, and iSSH. My preference is Splashtop over either of the other two for VNC (over SSH). Remoter works better for VNC than iSSH. iSSH is better for SSH terminal connections and can run X apps, which is nice. If I could only have one, it would probably be Remoter because...
