Really depends on how much DL you going to do instead of buying physical copies.  16GB should be enough, if you delete games that you aren't playing often.  Much worth it than 8 of 4 GB IMO.

No shortage of good RPG's on the PSP, does depend on your taste.  What are you looking for in a RPG?

I have no problems with my 120GB slim that I got in '09, and just recently I upgraded the HDD to 500GB (465GB actually). I am not amused by the super slim; unless my slim breaks down, I would not consider a super slim.

They leak, unless you have the extended life battery, the standard battery has a standby charge for about a week. Sony did release an external battery charger, so if you have two batteries, one could be in the system, the other in the charger.
