Wow! You're right! Never had a mid-delivery cancelled. Received a few emails from different Companies stating "We goofed. Can you send your item back to us", which I delete, but never a mid-delivery return.
Lesson learned. Next time there's a price glitch on these, I just need to haul *** up to BB. The only time I've ever seen these at a ridiculously LEGIT price was when they had them for 50-75% off at my local VA AAFES (and I think they were just trying to clear them out). I grabbed 3 with the mix...
Good to know. I'll wait another week and finally grab a tree (lol). But as far as Walmart, I find they are the most helpful if you hit them up first thing in the morning. I assume because there isn't traffic and the employees know those cameras are watching them. I've gotten a good bit of stuff...
I was informed by Command Sargeant Major on my way out (I was a honorable discharge, not retired) to tell them at out processing you lost it. They can charge you for missing equipment, but not the card. I was also instructed to keep or make copies of my medical records (if I turned it in). A lot...
I keep my military I.D., as well as my V.A. card in the front of my wallet (my DL in the back) and have it opened before any transaction. I rarely give people my actual DL as proof of anything. Makes discounts, returns/rebuys, PMing and other stuff pretty much hassle free ;)
If your BBY authorizes it, you should be able to use your Tri-Care card or V.A. Medical Card as proof also. Home Depot, Lowes and others accept these alternate forms of I.D., so I cannot see why BBY would not.
LOL! I thought so too but I assume there is some kind of loophole when it comes to these things.
Me and a couple of CAGS (JDawgg and others) in GA have been hitting these closing BBVs hard for over a year now. We've also noticed the price hikes, indiscrepancies, bait and switches (used as new)...
