Video may help better than pics. I think the UK version is very nice design. However you don't get the steelbook cover in UK version. Instead, you will get two physical CDs with a hardbound art book which is designed in landscape format. The US version of the art book is in portrait format...

Did you get Dark Souls - Limited Edition (PS3)? It is a UK version. I ordered Dark Souks LE from zavvi.com yesterday. It shipped it out last night. Total is £36.85 = US$56.89 (includes the shipping cost).
