Went out last Saturday for my weekly long run with the intention of getting to at least 10 miles, as my last long run two weeks prior was at 9. My previous jump from 5 to 8 was a 60% increase in distance, so really, I wanted to go to 12 miles since that would be equivalent over the 9. But then...
