It appears that gift cards are still working for PSN/Xbox/eShop codes online, so it's possible that they haven't made the change yet. Hopefully we get official confirmation at some point.

If you try the same with PSN/Xbox/eShop, it still works, so I guess they've blocked Steam a while ago.

It looks like you can still buy POSA cards with gift cards/trade credit on the website. I just bought some PSN/eShop credit and it went through immediately: I've heard the website can have issues with digital codes, though, so YMMV. I'm probably just going to liquidate some of my trade credit...

Saw this on the employee subreddit. Looks like gift cards can no longer be used for PSN/eShop/Xbox credit: 

My local store gave me a pack of tarot cards when I showed them my proof of purchase. Apparently they only received 5 and two customers have picked theirs up already, so I would visit the store ASAP if you want one. 

I tried to do that yesterday and they only found the $15 base in the system. I even mentioned the fact that there were two listings. Employee said he couldn't adjust the values (possibly didn't know how because he was new) when I was able to at that exact same store in the past.

Yes, it's still only $15 base.

B2G1 is still active and works with price matching.

How does someone double dip on the monthly $5 coupon? I assume you use it in store first and record the code to save for later? In that case, do we know how long the code is active for after it's used in the store? I am wondering this because double dipping would certainly save on the...

Even many Amazon pre-orders have not been not fulfilled and are still on "Order Received" days after the release date, so I wonder if something happened with this game in particular.

I've found that messaging them on Twitter provides more accurate information than calling. The person on the phone told me that my trade ban was 3 months, but their Twitter said that it was permanent. They were even able to get my trade ban removed after I inquired about the ban. 

Not guaranteed, but there have definitely been reports of people getting trade banned for boomerang flips. It's becoming more common lately, which indicates that there may be some kind of mechanism in place.
