You can’t use GCU when you price match, right? I wonder if it would be worth price matching at Best Buy now and then returning it if they end up dropping the price so I can rebuy with GCU. I have to get the most out of this before it runs out.

This. I already bought the pass because I planned on buying Ep. 1 anyway but it's been over 24 hours since I bought the pass and still haven't gotten a code for Ep. 1.

Wait, what? So the code you get isn't for a free 800pts? You have to use the $30 you just cashed in to buy a $30 gift card which then becomes $40? So basically you have to give Microsoft your $30 you just cashed in for an additional $10?

And this is why I don't bother buying games on launch day. Less than two months after it releases and it's almost half the price.

Hmm, looks like it's still cheaper to buy the game and compendium separately but the box art is nice. I was hoping we'd see some deals on the standard $30 version but seeing as how it releases so close to Christmas and it's only $30 I'm assuming we won't see anything like that.
