I'd back a CAG kickstarter in a second. Years of free podcasts, hundreds of dollars in savings, and a free live cheap bracelet? That's worth something.
I think my first was somewhere between #10-15. I can't remember if they were numbered then or not I just remember listening and liking it. I somehow assumed it had been going on for a long time but when I went to catch up on past shows it was only 10-15 back.
Glad to hear the clips, thanks to all that posted. I know he's Cheapy's hero but I don't think I could stand to listen to a whole Stern show just for the guys. I never have thought he was that funny.
The Giant Bomb Persona 4 Endurance Run got me to buy Persona 3. Then I remembered why I can't play RPGs.... the combat. I'm just too stupid to figure it out... or care too little to keep messing with it and menus.
Shame, I love the story stuff.
As far as the Bourne game goes, I personally liked the demo. Also, Cheapy you called it the Bourne Ultimatum and lamented the fact they made a tie-in game way after the movie came out. Actually, the game is the Bourne Conspiracy and is a starting from the begining as a game series with heavy...
Looks like others have already mentioned it but the PSN store will be open, just no new content. Which until the Bionic Commando redo comes out doesn't matter to me anyway.
I agree with Wombat that the $20 for the Penny Arcade game is too much, but then I don't like Penny Arcade. Like Cheapy...
Awesome! Ordered it today. Funhouse was a college fave.
I played the PSP Hall of Fame Gottlieb collection constantly for months. The emulation was great too. When I used to play the real Tee'd Off, the ball tended to get stuck in a certain spot, forcing you to carefully tilt the game. Sure...
Very distressing news.
I remember listening to the Hot Spot where Jeff was saying the game was basically broken; I believe that was before the official review was out.
I really liked Jeff a lot and just as if he was a movie critic, I respected his opinion even if I didn't agree with it...
Cagcast and The Hotspot are the only video game podcasts I listen too. I listened to a handful of others mentioned here and didn't care much for any of them. Besides, for me, two video game podcasts is plenty.
I do listen to This Week in Tech, even though sometimes what they talk about goes...
Cheapy & Wombat were fine but the rest was AWFUL. I've never listened the the Destructoid podcast before, and while I found the Joystiq podcast w/Cheapy merely boring, the Destructiod was annoying. The other people can barely seem to string sentences together. Also, I have no problem with...
