They have it on Amazon UK for about $54 US. I had bought the Avengers collection from them earlier this year, the shipping was pretty reasonable as I recall. That worked out great; not sure why I've not pulled the trigger on this one...

Just wanted to say thanks to OP for the link for this. Got ours yesterday from Amazon UK, and it is FANTASTIC! Love love love this movie, and it was kinda fun to think we were watching the Blu-Ray a few days "early". ;)
