I ordered two items from buy.com, a DS Lite and Metroid Prime 3...had no problem at all. This new version has a second heat sink, but its the same cpu that over heats. So the problem is there but less likely to break down. I'm waiting to to buy it from Amazon, they're out of stock currently, so...

Sent an email to familyvideo to see if there is any way to track the order, their response...
