Zippon has it right. It's not that Demon's Souls is INSANELY DIFFICULT. Survival is dependent on the player learning "how Demon’s Souls works.” This is easily my favorite PS3 game.

I'm betting this thing will drop in price crazy-fast. Which is too bad for the developers, but I will totally buy this thing for $15-20 bucks

Was it popular though? I mean, it's super popular at 10 bucks, but for a game to fall to this price so quickly can't have meant it was a financial hit.
