    Yeah I traded in my Elite w/o the hard drive to Gamestop and got $40 extra trade-in value. It'll cost me $140 less for a new Elite. I plan on buying another Elite after the holidays and selling the 120GB extra hard drive to a buddy for $75.00. Now if I win a contest you got going then I'd be able to get my new Elite sooner.

    I love the 360 deal Amazon was offering yesterday but the code was not working last night. I put one set in my cart and put in the code it would not work but if I put in a 2nd set it would then take off the lego batman and 1600 point card price. I called and they said it was a glitch they would try to fix. needless to say it never was fixed and now the deal is gone. I am an amazon prime member and if there is any advice you can give me to try and get that offer it would be appreciated.

    From getting banned from Xbox Live last week for no reason and now to my Elite video dying out now few hours ago I have no Xbox 360. Just bought all these great games which I can't even play anymore and won't be able to experience the new XBE dashboard. Within the past month I have bought Fable 2, Gears Of War 2, Call of Duty World At War, Saints Row 2, Rockband 2, and few other games.Microsoft won't fix it for free since it's their problem. My 360 Elite is out of warranty by 3-1/2 months. They want $100 to fix it and give me a year extended warranty. It's not worth it in my opinion. I have 29 Xbox 360 games that I paid full retail price. My experience with Xbox 360 has been fustrating and miserable. I've been through two Premiums and now this Elite. How many 360's have you been through so far?

    Thank you for replying back. I really like this website a lot because I picked up a lot of great deals and which I own over 90+ games between regular Xbox to Xbox 360.

    I've been fustrated and miserable about all this happening lately. I don't have a modded Xbox 360 and a strong supporter like I said below in the last message. This is just horrible on Microsoft's part to ban people who are legally going out and buying games at the stores. Now basically from the rude Customer Support from Xbox I have to buy a new Xbox 360 Elite because Microsoft banned my system to go on Xbox Live ever again. To put it bluntly they told me they cannot further assist me. I talked to a Customer Support Agent and their Supervisor...who basically are going by the book and not making acception to anything. They told me to write a letter to Microsoft's Legal Department for Xbox. Is all this really worth the hassle?

    Right now I am broke as a joke after all these huge games coming out...Rockband 2, Saints Row 2, Fable 2, Gears Of War 2 (ordered it from Amazon.com to get that Lancer), and Call Of Duty: World At War. Now I can't even play these games online anymore. I'm soo fustrated.

    After supporting Xbox for 7 strong years going back to the Xbox days, I bought and paid retail price for all my games (47 for Regular Xbox, 29 for Xbox 360, Xbox Live Gold Member for 6+ years, 40+ XBLA games, and whatever additional content I bought...expansions, map packs, etc). All the games I own are Limited Edition version if they were made for that specific game.
    Now I try to log on Xbox Live earlier and it tells me I have been banned and violated the Terms Of Service...What??? Why am I banned? I cannot even download or redeem my Gears Of War 2 Flashback Map Pack...and still have over a year left on my Xbox Live Gold Membership
    I called Microsoft Support and talked to a Customer Support Agent and they could not further assist me so I had to goto his boss or superviser. They told me they cannot do anything for me and told me buy another system anotherwards. What kind of support is this, seriously? I've been getting the run around and actually have three different reference numbers. For record, look at my collection in the first paragraph...Owning all that and getting banned for no reason. That's totally wrong!
    This is the story of my horrible Xbox 360 experience. I will never buy a Microsoft Xbox product again. Microsoft really made me upset and flagged me as a cheater when I am not.

    With your connections at GS/EB.com, is there ANY way that we could see more trade-in values posted on gamestop.com or here on CAG? The wiki is not very accurate/up-to-date, and many of the stores refuse to give ballpark values over the phone, but if there was a calculator or list shoppers could look at on the site that would help (I imagine you could get alot of clickthroughs if gamestop posted those values, and it would save CAGs some time and gas money). What do you think?

    I just wanted to know why in some cases, when I look at forum listing, about half the time I want to click on a category it ends up no even being a link...
    if I want to "open" the regional/international category on the main page for exemple, I cant use that title as a link, I have to go inside a thread inside that category and then in the upper part of that thread I can see the "location" of that thread and then I can click on the category
    Is that something you could have fixed/changed/improved ?

    Hey CheapyD! Thanks for the info on the Toys R Us sale. Saved me $$$! Also, I wanted to let you know that there is another way to "take the system" for future games. I got a gift receipt for the game that I didnt want and will be returning for a future game. Just wanted to share the knowledge wealth. Talk to you later!

    Still using that Panny plasma? Reason is we have the same T.V purchased in japan years back but never really used it for games till now. Do you have those phosphor lag's and a bit of I.R after you play? Most AV forums just talk about the U.S version and they say it's different. Thanks!
