    Hey Cheapy, I'm just posting to suggest you create an Iphone/Ipod/Cell Phone gaming thread in the forums, the Iphone games are obviously getting bigger (Metal Gear Solid, Brothers in Arms, etc.) and I think it only makes sense to have a forum for them, anyway, keep it in mind, cya.

    the user gamer4sometime has sent me a fake message that led me to a site called Cheepass Gamer and was trying to get me to sign in. Someone else has posted on his wall that he has done the same thing to other people. i dont know how to private message or i would be sending this privately

    Hey CheapyD! Thanks again for updating the Amazon Father's Day Sale last week.
    However, the sale changes weekly! While last week was handhelds, this week is Wii Games. I've reflected the change on the OP, but maybe you should adjust your homepage text to let people know that Amazon will change their selections weekly until 6/21. Thanks, and you stay classy CAGer!

    Hey Cheapy, check this out. In regards to the RE5 multiplayer DLC, leaked from an employee of Capcom USA:
    "We cut it from the 360 version. I don't know anything about ps3 stuff. We had to stop development early and go gold early so we could include the game with the red, resident evil xbox. Lots of the assets for the mode are included on the disc, but without a few files from the dlc package it would not function. I guess we could have possibly included it, but we would never get through quality control with how close we were pushing it at the end."
    Not saying that it's fair to customers making them buy a new gamemode, but it's a somewhat understandable reason why the seperate download exists.

    Oh also, i finally started adding my game collection :). The one thing i couldn't find was The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures.

    Just wanted to let you know that i'm loving the new profile page, once everything is out of beta and working it'll be great.

    The one problem i have is that you just got rid of the top-right toolbar, and i was becoming reliant on it. If anything, would it be possible to include that under "Customize CAG" so that i could bring it back?

    I REALLY miss it.

    Places for int shopping run from Tokyo It's possible to buy English language hardware in Tokyo, but it's hard work and unless I'm missing something, you really pay over the odds. For example Yodabashi Akiba has a selection of English language Sony notebooks (on the 3rd floor near the travel agent) - but the Sony P netbook was 157,000yen - about 100,000yen more than the same model with a Japanese o/s. Laox has a better selection but its still overpriced and you can't really get the models you'd like. English language software is available in a few places. These have changed over the years although I quite like Aso City on the main street. Also Play-asia.com (which I heard about from the podcast) delivers in a timely fashion. If i had relatives or good friends in the US maybe the best thing would be to get them to mail hardware to me here. However my family is England - a place where hardware is also overpriced. So I'm thinking of making a trip overseas for 3 days to buy a netbook and maybe an Xbox 360 with Rockband or Guitarhero. Airfares are cheap at the moment. The options are: 1. Manila - great place for a holiday, cheap hotels, English widely spoken, exotic. However from my holiday in the past I don't recall much in the way of large computer stores with up to date stock at bargain prices. Anyone know of any? 2. Singapore. Hotels more expensive, very much like Tokyo so not much good for a holiday, good English bookstores - can anyone recommend or advise against Singapore as a shopping destination? 3. The United States - long air trip, seems somewhat dangerous if you stay in cheap hotels, undoubtedly good shopping centers. I wonder where a good place to go would be (which city? which chain?). 4. Hawaii - would be a nice place for a quick holiday - but I would guess that the prices of hardware is high. 5. Hong Kong - not sure about Hong Kong - maybe the hardware sold is mostly Chinese? Any help you could give would be most appreciated. Cheers, Z

    Cheapy, I went to the Nintendo DSi event last night at my local gamestop and asked the nintendo rep some questions about the DSi. He said it supports SDHC up to 32gb, also said the firmware is upgradable. Games can be played straight off the SD card, and that every DSi will come with 1000 free Wii points and a free web browser. I know someone was asking you questions in the last CAGCast.

    Hey Cheapy, don't know if you know this already but cheapassgamer is one of the 8 rss feeds featured in google readers 'video game' feed bundle. they have bundles for different categories to sort of get users started, i thought it was cool that you guys are in the 'video games' bundle.

    Hey Cheapy, If you're looking for a new show to watch now that Battlestar Gallactica is over, I HIGHLY recommend you check out "Breaking Bad", It is a very entertaining show with great acting, and an interesting story. Anyway, just thought I would drop off that recommendation, have a nice day Mr Abrams.
